The Westinghouse Residential Tankless produces continuous hot water and has a 10 to 1 turndown ratio (modulation). Eco-friendly and low NOx combustion system.  Vents with 3 inch Schedule 40 PVC, CPVC up to 100 feet.  It is also equipped with a highly innovative gas leak detector.
